Rosefield and our partners continuously monitor and adapt to the changing rules and regulations caused by the corona virus. One of our partners that we would like to highlight is our partner for returns, ReBound.
Customers who wish to return their order do so by registering with ReBound. You can find more information here. Rebound provides our customers with a return label and facilitates the return to our warehouse for certain countries. Due to the corona virus, some of the processing centers they use have reduced capacity or work with a skeleton staff, which can lead to delays in the return shipment.
Below you will find all available information that we currently have and which will be updated as more information becomes available.
Spain - Couriers are no longer accepting returns, customers from Spain will be temporarily unable to register their returns online. Local drop off points are closing, customers may not be able to drop off packages. Delays for packages that are already in transit
Italy - Goods are still moving through the network, but the hubs are operating with a skeleton staff, causing delays.
France - A large number of drop off locations are closed, delays are expected
Hong Kong, United States, Singapore and Canada - Flight capacity has been reduced, delays are expected
Norway - Hubs working with skeleton staff, delays are expected
Rosefield would like to assure our customers that we are aware of the situation and that orders that arrive late due to these delays will be processed as usual. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is available via live-chat or this contact form.
