Will you still be shipping?
At the moment, our shipping methods remain unchanged, however this is subject to change depending on any regulations or recommendations given by the WHO and RIVM.
Will my order be delayed?
At the moment we are not experiencing any delays, but please keep in mind that the situation is evolving quickly, and any changes to your local post may affect the delivery times.
Final deliveries of all our standard, international shipments are carried out by your local postal office services. We recommend contacting your local postal offices for more information on any preventive measures they may be taking.
For orders with express shipping, we are continuously monitoring the situation with our partner, DHL. Any changes made to our deliveries will be posted here.
How is Rosefield staying safe?
Any Rosefield employees that are in a position to work from home are currently working from home. Our dedicated warehouse team is still working at our warehouse but we are taking extra measures to make sure everyone is working safe, smart and carefully.
Extended return periods
We understand that some of our customers may not be at ease returning their order, or are unable to return their order due to the current situation.
