Is Rosefield still shipping my order?
At the moment, there is no change to our shipping capacity. However this is subject to change depending on any regulations or recommendations given by the WHO and RIVM.
Will my order be delayed?
We are not experiencing any delays at the moment. The global situation is changing daily, and this may have an impact on the operations of your local postal service. Deliveries of all our standard, international orders are carried out by your local postal service. We recommend contacting them for more information on potential delays. For express shipping orders, we are continuously monitoring the situation with our partner, DHL. Any changes made to our deliveries will be posted here.
How is Rosefield staying safe?
Any Rosefield employees that are in a position to work from home are currently working from home. Our dedicated warehouse team is still working at our warehouse but we are taking extra measures to make sure everyone is working safe, smart and carefully.
Free shipping & extended return period
We’re currently offering free shipping within Europe and the UK. We understand that some of you may not have easy access to a postal outlet, or are unable to return your order due to circumstances beyond your control.
