- Who delivers my order?
For orders shipped with standard shipping, the transport from the Netherlands to the delivery country will be done by PostNL. Afterwards it will be transferred to your local postal services for the final delivery. For Express shipments we use DHL.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email, in here you will also find your track and trace information
- What happens when I am not home during the delivery?
If you are not home during the delivery attempt the courier will leave a note with more information on the failed attempt. The tracking information will also indicate that there was a failed delivery attempt. The courier will indicate on the note if there will be a second delivery attempt or if you can collect the parcel at a nearby pick up point.

- How much are the shipping costs?
For orders under 55 USD there will be a standard 10.95 USD shipping fee. Shipping is free for orders above 55 USD.
