In case the order has already been shipped, our standard return procedure applies. From the moment you receive your order, you have 60 days to return it. If you wish to return your order, please submit a request below for further instructions.
Please be aware that the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it, labels must still be attached and the watch must be unactivated.
Please note that we do not accept returns of customised ROSEY jewellery or earrings for hygiene reasons.
